GEOGLOWS partners have set out to create a global streamflow prediction tool. This has already been developed and implemented in parts of the world. GEOGLOWS hopes to have a fully developed and implemented tool within the next few years.

National Water Model
The National Water Model (NWM) is a hydrolic high resolution model that has the ability to forecast and simulate the flow of rivers and streams. The NWM tracks over 4 million streams and rivers throughout the entire United States territory.
